Last year I decided it was time to start eating healthy again. I used AI to create a nice basic meal plan full of clean food, bought my groceries, and meal prepped for the week. It cost me around $185 for food and took about half my Sunday afternoon to prep. The food was great for a few days and towards the end of the week I was tired of eating the same meals plus they were getting a bit less than fresh. Now let's compare this experience with 1% Fitness, who I use now for all my weekly clean eating. The meals are costing me about 15% less. I get 10 different meals each week and week over week they are also usually different. The food tastes great!! Like so great. Lots of flavor and spice. It is fresh because it is like vacuum sealed and never frozen. And the only time I spend is picking up my food and heating it up, no time shopping or meal prepping. AND the owners and staff are so friendly and amazing people. I mean what is not to love about that trade. Highly recommend!!

I have used the fit meal plan previously as a boxer during my fight camp to fuel my workouts and keep my weight on track for competition. The meals are fresh, delicious, and something I knew I could trust. I recently underwent a surgery, and I’ve been using them again to recover. BEST investment. Saves me time, money, and my sanity having these meals in my fridge every week. Could not recommend them enough for whatever your goals might be.

Best meal prep in Utah! Delicious high protein meals without driving all the way around town. Price is super competitive cheaper than eating out. Rob and his team kill it! With the new baby in the home, one percent is a lifesaver! The peanut butter bars are 🔥 for the nightly sugar cravings! Thanks, guys.
