Review for 123 Cargo / Time Express Cargo
I am sharing my personal experience with 123 Cargo / Time Express Cargo in the hope that the management will take this matter seriously and contact me to resolve it.

On 25 February 2026, I booked a sea cargo shipment from Dubai to Kerala (CCJ). After waiting for a long time without any updates, I contacted the company myself to ask about the status of my shipment. I was then informed that, due to the current situation, they were unable to send it by sea and that I would need to switch to air cargo.
My concern is that I was never informed of this delay or change in advance. If the company had communicated with me earlier, I could have made an informed decision. Instead, I had to repeatedly follow up, and the responses I received were unprofessional, rude, and lacked respect for a customer.
Eventually, I paid additional charges to send the cargo by air. However, when I received my shipment, some of my items were damaged. I immediately shared photographs and evidence with the company, but my messages were ignored. The only response I received was, “Do whatever you want. We don’t care.” This level of customer service is completely unacceptable.
I am attaching screenshots of my conversations, payment details, cargo reference T55795, and photographs of the damaged items as evidence of my experience.
Another major concern is that the company does not appear to provide a dedicated customer complaints email address or customer care contact where customers can escalate unresolved issues. This leaves customers with no proper channel to seek assistance when problems arise.
My intention is not only to seek compensation or a refund. More importantly, I expect the company to take responsibility, improve its customer service, and treat customers with respect. Good communication and accountability are essential in any business.
I request the management of 123 Cargo / Time Express Cargo to contact me as soon as possible, investigate this matter, and provide an appropriate resolution regarding my damaged cargo and the way this entire shipment was handled.
