24/7 Last Minute Movers Packers StorageLondonPROVerified business?

Not professional at all. The employee on the phone said so himself! I called this company on Monday 8th June, as I was expecting someone to come to my home to check my luggage, but nobody arrived. When I called, a very rude man answered. He simply said, “I’ll let you know,” and then abruptly ended the call, without even asking for my number, despite the fact that my caller ID was hidden. I called again, and he said, “Sorry, we are not professional, go and call another company.” I was honestly shocked by the way I was spoken to. Based on this experience, I would not describe this company as professional, and I would kindly suggest removing any wording from your website that claims otherwise.
