Our water heater unexpectedly went out last night, and after calling 3ten Plumbing this morning, John had Jose and Canyon at our house within an hour. They arrived around 10:00 a.m. and had our new water heater installed by 12:45 p.m. Jose and Canyon were professional, honest, friendly, and incredibly easy to work with. They explained everything clearly, were transparent throughout the process, and made a stressful situation much easier than we expected. Excellent customer service from start to finish. I highly recommend 3ten Plumbing and want to thank John, Jose, and Canyon for taking such great care of our family. They’ve definitely earned our business for any future plumbing needs!
