There is a very pleasant, polite, and knowledgeable young woman working there. Unlike the employees I spoke with over the phone, she immediately knew all the requirements for the photos needed for a travel document application. She also confirmed that our photos fully meet the requirements. Moreover, she immediately recognized us and remembered that we had previously come to her as a whole family to have our photos taken for our PR. So I would like to point out that, fortunately, not all of your staff are rude and incompetent. On the contrary, the employee at the Royal Oak location left a very good impression on me. However, I really don’t understand why several employees I spoke with over the phone were unable to provide me with basic and important information that the employee at Royal Oak knew immediately. I believe that employees who work with customers should be well informed about the requirements and provide accurate information, especially when it comes to important documents and government applications.
