I’ve been with the practice for about a year and have had a great experience throughout. The staff are always friendly and welcoming, and the service is excellent. A special mention to Padama, who is a fantastic hygienist, and Dr Jaguar, who is gentle, thorough, and puts you at ease.
I was looking for an emergency appointment and managed to get one within 2 hours. Dr Jaguar Hsu was incredible, he took extremely great care of me and my tooth, and I left smiling. The reception staff were also very welcoming and polite. Many thanks!
I attended 72 dental for a consultation as I need to get a fair bit of dental work done. I have a lot of anxiety around dentists and treatment due to previous bad experiences and explained this when making the appointment. Steph was such a great help and came in to the appointment with me until I'd settled down. The team were amazing! Rupali and her assistant took time to understand where my anxiety was coming from and suggested ways to help make the appointment easier. I didn't feel rushed at all and I was given information and options in order to continue my treatment plan.
