A&E Custom Carpentry & Design is a family-owned carpentry and remodeling company based in Round Hill, Virginia, serving homeowners throughout Loudoun County. Run by husband-and-wife team Annie and Eric, we specialize in custom kitchen remodeling, bathroom remodeling, basement finishing, custom cabinetry, and built-ins. Annie leads design and planning, Eric leads the build, and we build our cabinetry ourselves rather than ordering it in. Every project begins with an in-home consultation and detailed 3D renderings. Licensed in Virginia, DPOR #2705167640. We serve Purcellville, Round Hill, Hamilton, Bluemont, Middleburg, Waterford, Lovettsville, Leesburg, Ashburn, Sterling, and the surrounding Loudoun County communities. Services include full kitchen remodels, partial kitchen upgrades, custom kitchen cabinets and range hoods, bathroom renovations, custom vanities, tile showers, heated flooring, basement finishing, wet bars, home libraries, mudrooms, media walls, and finish carpentry. Call (203) 631-0051 to schedule a consultation.
Sadly we can no longer recommend A&E. They have done several major projects in our house over the past 9 years and we had been pleased with their work. Their most recent project, built in bookshelves, are not well-finished. Nail holes are visible, trim is incomplete, and shadow boxes are poorly finished/left with drywall compound rather than painted. Repeated attempts to get them come back and finish their work have only resulted in pushback. I am sad to say I would no longer recommend them for your custom carpentry work.
