I was pleasantly surprised when I called for a non emergent service call and they were able to get me in the next day. Amazing service, professionalism and efficiency. Eric was sent to my house to replace a faulty valve and he was awesome, knowledgeable and friendly. Our neighborhood has unusually high water pressure and I had been considering getting a Moen flow monitor and water pressure reducing valve. While Eric was at my house, I asked him some questions about those additional items, he answered all my questions and also gave me a fair quote. I I told him I would like to go ahead and install those items as well And would like to schedule it. He was actually able to get it all done at the same time as he was replacing my faulty valve. I really appreciate the amazing customer service and professionalism that Eric provided. I highly recommend this company and Eric!
