This is an awesome company that helped me in my time of need today My car broke down on the way to work and shourok helped me through with the entire process He could have made so much more money off of me today but he was upfront on honest about everything and didn’t take advantage of me which I respect the most and what moved me to write this review Great honest business practices that you don’t see much of today we need more workers like this
Fast and friendly service! Would 100% use them again if my car breaks down anywhere in the city in the future haha
The customer service from initial call to drop off was the easiest, quickest process I’ve ever had to do for my car. I called around 6:30 am for an urgent tow this morning due to a flat tire. The person who answered the phone was super efficient and calm, estimating time to be between 30 - 60min. Easy peasy. The man showed up earlier than expected, loaded my car and on the road in five minutes. He even offered to take me to my car’s destination (ironically to an appointment for new tires) and was so so patient and kind. What could have been a stressful experience ended up being nothing to worry about at all. Thank you so much to the folks at Rose Towing!
