A1 PressureWashingPROVerified business?

Having initially phoned A1 Pressure Washers Ipswich and the Karcher centre Lowestoft, I took my machine into A1 pressure washers as it was nearer my home. So I delivered in person my Karcher K4 Premium ecologic pressure washer for an investigation as the pressure out-put from the lance was a bit low, but it was still working, so so. I paid £25 plus vat, £30 in total for a inspection. Following the inspection some days later I received a phone call. I was told repairs of just over £200 where required, I then asked them to simply pop it all back together and let me have it back. I was then informed that any re-assembly will cost extra, at an hourly rate, so I then next asked if any discount towards a new one against mine was available? I was told no. In the end I was so applaud., and as I was on the phone and not at the premises, I said bin it. Had I taken my machine to the Karcher Repair Centre in Lowestoft, they told me that they have a fixed maximum repair cost of £110, but repairs are normally less, and they also offer a further option of £100 discount on any new machine if one chooses not to authorise the repair route. You can simply phone both companies and this will simply validate my story and the truth, no matter what is subsequently said after I now hit return and post my one star review.

Spoke to Andrew at A1 with our requirements, he suggested a solution to use on a 800sqm workshop thick with old engine oil etc the solution worked very well. We then enquired about a scrubber dryer, Andrew suggested a particular machine which did the job in one day even with downtime for battery recharging and it worked a treat. And the cherry on top, I was going to be 15 minutes late dropping it back on a Friday night, roads were closed etc. the team stayed late to receive the machine back. Very please with their products and their flexibility. Thanks lads 👍.

I had purchased an FR30 surface cleaner for my Karcher, but due to my mistake, I had purchased a brush that didn’t match my jet wash’s fitting. After that, they reacted quickly—I called them, they responded, and the next day I sent back the old Karcher brush. The following day, they sent me a new Karcher with the correct fitting.
