Great staff, rooms and location. Multiple stays here. Lovely park next to the property with plenty of walking/biking/running trails. Walk to train. Only negative is the breakfast is underwhelming and expensive (one or the other is fine but both expensive and mediocre is a pass for me).
I understand mistakes but I don’t like being lied to. Was staying here for a business trip. The first day we got in, the conditioner bottle was empty. We weren’t unhappy at all. Mistakes happen. It’s normal. That night we went to front desk and told them about it nicely and said we leave the room in the early morning so anytime tomorrow when they have a chance they can refill it. They said they are on it. Still empty that night. Third day morning went to front desk again, they said they definitely will get it refilled this time. That night, the towels are even replaced, but still empty conditioner. Had to go to the front desk for the 3rd time and demanded a bottle on spot. They may need a better communication system between different departments. Room is clean and quiet though. Very comfortable
The hotel is nice and the staff is friendly. However, breakfast & parking are not included. The beds are comfortable, there's a workout room and a small pool. I would recommend it.
