After dealing and working with many different HOA's in my time. I can truly say, Accord Property management has been amongst the best. The staff are friendly, and their service is timely and professional. Since moving into my new complex a year ago, there have been no issues with management, and always maintain the property to the fullest. Highly recommend them!
Alec was easy to reach and helped me navigate and set up my HOA payments through the Accord/Cobblestone Crossing website...he was extraordinarily patient!
They keep our property looking really nice and do a pretty good job of upkeep. I have a hard time getting any responses from Alec ever. I have multiple unanswered emails to pretty basic questions and it can be super frustrating. Ive had many neighbors tell me the same thing and was warned when I moved in 2 yrs ago that it was a problem. Overall if they could fix the responsiveness Id recommend them to everybody.
