Samantha the customer relations manager goes above and beyond to make sure you make the most of it, and keeps taking care of you even after the service is used. She is the very reason for the 5-star review of not for the great audio tour itself. Highly recommended!
Highly recommend if touring a National Park. we used it in Smoky Miuntain Cades Cove out of Gatlinburg. It is very informative and gives great directions for turn offs and stops. The only thing is I wish I knew it could display on the car play screen. i didn't figure out until tour was complete. Maybe they can add that to the directions. For the price it was well worth it. You can stop as long as you want at sites and then return to the trip. Compared to the cost of bus tours I saved a bundle. I wish I knew about this app before when I was out West. Make sure you download everything BEFORE heading out. there was no cell service or internet in the park and we were touring for over 4 hrs. Definitely gonna leave it on my phone and use it again
