If I could give more stars I would. I cannot express enough how happy i am with the service received from Active Forklifts. From the sales team and negotiation, delivery to rural central NSW within a week of purchase, (even the driver was nice) quality and condition of the machines and after sales communication have been absolutely flawless. This is the 2nd machine purchased from Active, and if i ever needed another i wouldnt hesitate to spend my money here. Nigel has been polite and always taken my call at any time, his honesty and way he treats his customers goes a long way in todays world. The machines are flawless. Freshly serviced, newly painted, new decals and even new tyres!. Nigel suggested pneumatic tyres for the terrain i have here which i am greatful for as its much easier to drive on gravel. Thanks again team, you definetly earnt this review!

Saw their website has a pretty comprehensive range of used forklifts. Walked into the office, Nathan asked about my requirements. Was shown a variety of options, ended up choosing a LPG 7 series Toyota. Guys there had it delivered the next day, very seamless transaction!

Nigel is a perfect guy to work with assisted by Nathan. I bought an electric tug, it was delivered with little missing but Nigel attended on-site, waited for almost an hour for me to come. Drove the machine by himself. Took the machine next day. Delivered the machine the other day. It runs perfect. I also went through other reviews and some of them may not have good experience but I had a pleasure working with Nigel. They not only did this, he advised me to conditionally register the vehicle with transport for NSW as I take the machine to street sometimes. Thank you
