Adar Builders,Inc.PROVerified business?

I had my first meeting with one of their representatives Colby Benton . He and the crew that remodeled my bathroom were professional and did everything they said they would and more. Colby stays in touch every step of the way. Colby goes above and beyond to help and make the job easy. The other lead person that I felt with was Johnathen who also was very helpful and professional. I was also able to meet with Tony, one of their workers which installed the tile and much more. Excellent works, clean, respectful of your property and all very professional. I give this company 100% in satisfaction. GREAT JOB!

From the first meeting with Din, I was comfortable choosing Adar Builders for my bathtub to shower conversion. He was very communicative from beginning to end and his crew was wonderful. Everything was done quickly and efficiently and the crew cleaned everything after the end of each day. I'm very happy with the results and I will definitely be working with them for all of my future projects!

We recently had the pleasure of working with Adar Builders on a comprehensive home remodel in the Hollywood Hills that spanned over 10 months, and are happy to share our positive experience. From the initial design phase to the final nail, they turned our 1970's house into a modern dream home. Clear and Transparent Communication: Right from the get-go, Amit and his team excelled in clear communication. The bid process was thorough, as he meticulously went over every element and cost, ensuring that we were on the same page. It was incredibly reassuring to know that there were no hidden surprises along the way. We interviewed 6 contractors and felt the most comfortable w/ Adar Builders quote b/c of the attention to detail and transparency for item costs. Flexibility and Adaptability: Our project saw several changes and additions during construction, and all members of their team had this "can-do" attitude that left us amazed. They took on EVERYTHING we asked for, including adding a sunken living room that has become one of the highlights of our home. This level of flexibility made the entire remodel process a relatively stress-free and creative adventure. Exceptional Subcontractors: In addition to their in-house team, the subcontractors they brought in were top-notch. They seamlessly integrated with the project and worked with remarkable skill and dedication. The result was a high-quality finish that exceeded our expectations. Clarity on Progress Payments: Amit and his team were crystal clear about progress payments tied to work completed. This level of transparency allowed us to budget effectively and eliminated any financial surprises. Becoming Part of the Family: What truly sets Adar Builders apart is the camaraderie they establish with their clients. Over the course of those 10 months, the team became like family to us. The process was not only about transforming our house but also about creating a positive and enjoyable experience that we will cherish. In a city where home renovations can be notoriously stressful, working with Adar Builders was surprisingly smooth. This is our third home renovation and was definitely the best experience of them all. We can't help but smile when we think of the entire journey, from the first design discussions to the final coat of paint. Such an enjoyable experience is crazy rare in the world of remodeling. Our Hollywood Hills home is now a testament to their dedication and expertise, and we couldn't be happier with the result.
