I was initially daunted by the prospect of learning to kitesurf, especially as I had little to no experience with any other board sports. Romain and the entire team immediately put those worries to rest. Their friendly, fun, and highly organised approach gave me confidence from day one, and I genuinely loved every second of the experience. We chose five days of semi-private lessons, with four-hour sessions each day. It was the perfect balance of being social while still getting plenty of time on the kite. If you're lucky enough to have Max as your instructor, you're in great hands. He was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, trustworthy, and made every lesson enjoyable. Thanks to his excellent coaching, we progressed quickly. By the end of the five days, we were confidently water-starting downwind in both directions and riding consistently - an absolutely unreal feeling! I spent two weeks in Tarifa for kitesurfing, and I had the best experience at Addict Kite School. During the first week, I took a few lessons to improve my skills and regain my confidence on the water. After that, I rented my gear from Addict, and I can honestly say I achieved exactly what I came for. I improved so much and now feel much more confident with my kitesurfing. Everyone at the school is incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. Even after I started renting instead of taking lessons, they still gave me tips and feedback whenever I asked, which I really appreciated.
