I am unfortunately disappointed with this training program, which I do not recommend if your goal is to feel truly well-trained and supported. In hindsight, I find the value for money lacking. Many of the instructors are former students, which can be beneficial, but it doesn't always replace the experience and teaching skills one would expect. The instructor from whom I learned the most has left, and his recordings were removed without any clear explanation, which I found very regrettable. I am also disappointed by the change in the forum: the old platform was much more practical and user-friendly. The new one is difficult to read, not very ergonomic, and makes it less appealing to participate in the discussions. I invested a significant amount of my own money, and today I deeply regret my decision.

Having trained with ADNR Formation in reflexology, sophrology, massage techniques, and e-learning courses, I consider it the best school in terms of course content, instructors, support staff, instructor availability, communication and quick feedback from the school, and especially the quality of the practical training. I absolutely do not regret my choice. I continue my training, and today I just enhanced my skills with the obstetric reflexology course, which was a real gem—incredibly enriching and intense, both in terms of content and manual techniques. Ms. Attalauziti is an extraordinary instructor who takes the time to explain and demonstrate. She is passionate and knows how to share her expertise with great kindness, ensuring that we fully understand the information, which is invaluable! Specialization module in obstetric reflexology completed with Alexandra this month. Far exceeding my expectations, this 3-day module was very comprehensive, rich in supporting materials, discussions, and practical exercises. It was also a real stepping stone for us to launch this very specific form of support safely and effectively, a practice that requires proper guidance, as is the case at ADNR, while also helping us clarify our service offerings.
