​I have to agree with the other one-star reviews. I highly recommend that American Home Shield (AHS) reconsider its partnership with this contractor. ​My home warranty company assigned this business to handle a standard service call for an aging water heater that simply needed a straightforward replacement. I expected the job to be fully covered by my AHS deductible. Instead, the company submitted an estimate that was significantly higher due to several recommended "modifications" that were entirely unnecessary for a standard replacement. Because of these tacked-on costs, the warranty company informed me I would have to pay an additional $1,000 out of pocket. ​Suspecting that the company was either inflating the scope of work due to low warranty payout rates or taking advantage of warranty clients, I decided to cancel the claim. I purchased the water heater and the required parts myself, completing the entire installation in under an hour for less than $700. It is highly disappointing when a contractor appears to prioritize generating commission through unneeded upsells rather than providing honest, efficient service. ​The sole positive aspect of this experience was working with Yvonne. She was incredibly pleasant, professional, and helpful with both scheduling and follow-up. Aside from her excellent service, I cannot recommend this company. Proceed with caution.

This company was called to my home through my home warranty, American Home Shield. A water line at the shower was broken by an inexperienced contractor, and the one line just needed to be cut, and connected back to the valve in a small 3 inch area. The line was broke due to a contractor over tightening a screw to a piece of wood, that was in front of the water line. The valve was not broken or damaged at all, and the water lines were brand new, less than a month old. Just needed a small connection repair to ONE water line. As you can see from the written estimate to me, only a (singular) water line needed repair. As you can see from the photos, the valve is not damaged, and there are no metal pipes in this wall. Just two water lines. They instantly told me AHS will not cover it because AHS does not cover water lines. I told them it is covered because my warranty explicitly states water lines are covered, and I called AHS to schedule the service call prior to their arrival, to ensure it was covered. Once I called AHS, I was told Advanced Home Services told them, I had valves (plural), piping, and multiple (again plural) water lines that needed to be changed, not repaired, so AHS denied my claim. AHS refunded me my money after I showed them the original estimate, which showed Advanced Home Services was price gauging by adding additional work to the diagnosis that was not needed, thinking I wouldn’t find out, causing my claim to be denied. A few hours later, Advanced Home Services calls me and says it’ll be $1,200 minimum for the repair. Of course I declined because of their dishonest diagnosis sent to AHS. I called Loyalty Plumbing the next day and they repaired the water line for $207 which included a 2 year warranty. They even checked the other water line and valve, confirming it was not damaged, and there are no other pipes in that wall. Almost a month later, everything is still working perfectly. Do not ever call this company, and if AHS sends them to you, ask for another company and they will change it for free. Advanced Home Services takes advantage of people and are not honest.

Biggest joke of a company. American Home Shield sent them to my house to inspect/repair my AC unit. When they arrive at my house, they simply look at the AC unit, take a reading on the gauges, and tell me I have a leak which is understandable. Where everything goes wrong, is they don't even bother to go up in the attic to at least do a visual inspection of my furnace. The technician tells me my leak is most likely a coil and they can fix it, but it's a "band-aid" and will eventually leak again. Then he proceeds to try and convince me on a 14k full AC replacement. Fast forward to the diagnostic report, and the MFer didn't even mention anything about the coils. He simply says the schrader valves are leaking and need replaced along with a refrigerant refill. So he lied on the report and completely wrote something different that would be an easy fix rather than what he verbally told me. To top everything off, I actually checked the schrader valves with some soapy water and they were absolutely not leaking. Do NOT let these scammers come to your house! You have been warned. Had I checked the reviews first, I would have immediately asked for a different company.
