Excellent and prompt service with great follow up. Sav was professional and courteous. If you are looking for a 5 star pool service experience, I strongly recommend supporting this local family business. Thank you for taking great care of our pool.

I’ve been here many times in the last 20 years and every time I have a pool problem, they solve it. Their knowledge is extensive and they take the time to explain the issue and a solution. Most importantly, they don’t “upsell” to the most expensive option. I recently took in a busted vacuum and one of the staff fixed the damaged bearings on the spot and charged for parts only….thats good old fashioned service. Nice people, good service, extensive range of products. Five stars.

Don’t go past this business for expertise and quality service. Ten years ago, when I was building, I asked several places what provisions I needed for a future pool, most brushed me off. But Bruno from Advanced Pools took the time to look over my house plans, gave me clear advice, and didn’t charge a cent. Since then, through several houses, I’ve always come back. I recently moved further away and tried a local pool service recommended by my neighbor. When my pool/spa jets stopped working, they couldn’t find the issue and spent 45 minutes arguing that it was my pool heater installation then sent me a bill for nothing. I called Advanced Pools, despite the distance, and they were happy to help. Marc and Karl arrived promptly and found the problem - deteriorated jet seals, within five minutes. Absolutely brilliant service. Can’t praise them enough. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
