I cannot thank the team at Silverlake ER enough for the incredible care they gave me during one of the most difficult and overwhelming moments of my life. Walking into the emergency room, I was scared, emotional, and uncertain about what was happening. From the very first interaction, every single person I encountered treated me with such genuine kindness, compassion, and respect. The entire staff went above and beyond to make sure I felt safe and cared for. They were patient, attentive, and never made me feel like just another patient. They took the time to listen, answered every question with empathy, and constantly checked on me throughout my stay to make sure I was comfortable and reassured. What truly stood out was the way they cared not only for my medical needs but also for my emotional well-being. In a moment when I felt vulnerable and afraid, they offered comfort, encouragement, and a level of compassion that I will never forget. I had a great experience here. Starting from the moment I stepped in and to being discharged! Wonderful staff. Nurse Randall took very good care of me frequently checking on my status and Dr. Alvarez for doing a thorough job with evaluating my symptoms. Radiology and the medical assistant were great as well. I was asked if I was hungry. I expected the usual crackers or a hospital made sandwich. They actually ordered me dinner since I was going to be there overnight. That was very kind and thoughtful. The facility has a great atmosphere and very clean. They do prioritize each patient, so i could understand a little delay, BUT they also do not make you wait long. They frequently check on you to see if your status has changed and reassure you that you will be seen shortly. I would highly recommend this ER. I will be coming here from now on.
