I had an excellent experience with the CPR and First Aid class at Silver Lake ER. The instructor was knowledgeable, engaging, and made the material easy to understand with real-world examples and hands-on practice. The class was well organized, informative, and gave me the confidence to respond in an emergency. You can tell they genuinely care about making sure everyone leaves prepared to help save a life. I highly recommend this course to anyone needing CPR and First Aid certification or just wanting to be better prepared.

I had a great experience here. Starting from the moment I stepped in and to being discharged! Wonderful staff. Nurse Randall took very good care of me frequently checking on my status and Dr. Alvarez for doing a thorough job with evaluating my symptoms. Radiology and the medical assistant were great as well. I was asked if I was hungry. I expected the usual crackers or a hospital made sandwich. They actually ordered me dinner since I was going to be there overnight. That was very kind and thoughtful. The facility has a great atmosphere and very clean. They do prioritize each patient, so i could understand a little delay, BUT they also do not make you wait long. They frequently check on you to see if your status has changed and reassure you that you will be seen shortly. I would highly recommend this ER. I will be coming here from now on.

I had a really great experience! Sheila at the front desk was so sweet, welcoming, and patient, and Sara the nurse was absolutely wonderful. They both made me feel comfortable. I truly appreciate how patient and kind they were throughout my visit while I had my baby with me . The doctor was also nice and professional. Overall, everyone was very friendly and made me feel well taken care of. ❤️
