This pharmacy operates with a level of unprofessionalism and price manipulation that is genuinely astonishing. I visited to purchase a generic Plan B, was handed a box with a clearly printed price of $11.30, and then — without explanation — was told the price was actually $36. When questioned, staff claimed their “supplier is more expensive,” an excuse that would be almost amusing if it weren’t so insulting. Having worked in a pharmacy myself, I know exactly how transparent generic pricing should be, and this behavior raises serious questions about their integrity. I even showed them multiple reputable platforms listing the exact same product for $7–$15, and their response was simply: “Then you can go buy it there.” The blatant disregard for honesty, customer respect, and ethical practice is appalling. The staff were dismissive, rude, and seemed more interested in extracting as much money as possible than providing legitimate care or service.

I Love My New Pharmacy and the Convince it is for me. The employees are very kind and polite when helping me and so is the pharmacist there. Thank u Health Aid Pharmacy for the help u give. The driver’s who deliver are very polite and friendly. Lorraine Fischer
