Good experience overall. I had an older AC unit replaced with a heat pump. There were a few challenges along the way and it took a few visits to get everything fully sorted out, but I was really impressed with their persistence and commitment to getting it right. The installation was neat, professional, and done with care. I would definitely recommend Alberta Mountain Air.

They carefully positioned the unit, kept the work area clean, and the finished installation looks fantastic. It’s tucked away neatly while still allowing the proper clearances for airflow and future servicing. The communication throughout the process was excellent. Every question we had was answered promptly, and they were very accommodating when we needed to adjust our installation date. We’ve now been enjoying our new heat pump, and we’re extremely happy with it. It’s quiet, keeps our home comfortable, and we’re excited to have a more energy-efficient system moving forward. My purchase and the consequent installation of a Heat Pump from Alberta Mountain Air was a great experience from start to finish. The sales rep, Mick, was thorough, professional and really knowledgeable. The techs, Conrad & Jackson, were equally professional - worked so efficiently, and took the time to answer all my questions. The office staff provided all the information on permits & inspections and were readily available for questions. Everyone was really pleasant & friendly and a pleasure to deal with.
