I had been ordering albums and boxes from Art Plus for some time, and at first the service was smooth when Galina was handling my orders. Unfortunately, after she left, the level of professionalism dropped dramatically. Charo, who took over, has been extremely unprofessional. Since I opened my printing company, I have had several pending album orders that she repeatedly delayed to the maximum. When the albums were finally delivered, some of them arrived damaged, which is unacceptable for products that are supposed to be of premium quality. To make matters worse, Charo stopped replying to my messages and calls altogether, leaving me with unanswered questions about my pending orders. I am still left wondering whether this unprofessional behavior was her own decision, or if it came under the direction of Yasser, the owner. This has caused unnecessary stress, production delays, and financial damage to my business. What used to be a reliable supplier turned into a source of problems and disappointment.
