This solicitor’s office is extremely disrespectful. They are not helpful at all and their communication is very poor. Calls feel rushed and dismissive, and nothing is explained properly. It honestly makes you wonder how they are even qualified as solicitors. Very disappointing experience. and they end the call by saying we will look into it bang call ended
My experience was awful. When I asked for a legal document, they said it was done, but I never received it. I asked for the letter where the amount offered by the insurance was, they said that they could not send it because there were some problems. In this age of technology? I believe I was deceived. I do not recommend contacting this company.
I became involved in a complex business partnership dispute and this caused extremely high emotions and anxiety for me.
