AlfashopPROVerified business?

Edit: Got refunded, been able to call today. I’ve been here hard - and stand firm that delivery dates on PC Parts aren’t trustworthy within Estonia except for companies with huge stocks like big online markets. Usually I’d raise this review on two stars because it’s not a scam/intentional delay (assumed), but since it’s not just this company here in this region struggling with this, I give it 3 stars because if there is time, this company sells on the lowest margins many times. Original: Do NOT order PC Parts here. Damn, even ordered way ahead Black Friday to get my duties done. I expected my delivery last Friday/this Monday. Got a Mail after calling, it’ll be delayed 3-4 days. I replied that it is sad that the delivery is delayed and endorsed them that I rely on these parts (got deadlines myself…) Been at their pick up address, they told me the mainboard arrives on Monday, the GPU some day next week because they didn’t knew the date themselves certainly. Cancelled the order and the shop. — Sent a E-Mail to Confirm as they demanded on the phone, but couldn’t reach them afterwards to get a confirmation on that.

Ordered items from there and never had any issues, they even replaced a monitor which mistakenly has been identified as a faulty one

Worst online shop ever! I ordered something from the website, 2 weeks ago with a value of 200 euros. They canceled the order after 3 days and said they don't have the item available. In their cancellation email, they promised to refund in 1-5 days. But, after almost 2 weeks and calling them several times, they have not paid the money back!!!! Update: They refund the money, after 2 weeks.
