Dental works 4kids is best place for kids they have best doctors, my son got treated here by Dr Rand. She is really good and very knowledgeable. We would like to thank Jennifer who helped us with the treatment plan and appointments. She was very supportive during the entire treatment. Overall the people here are very friendly and supportive with best doctors.

This office does not live up to what they say they deliver. Over the course of my child's orthodontic treatment, I have called the emergency line on two different occasions (once in January and once this past weekend) and no one called me back both times. There is no on-call orthodontist, even though it is part of their advertised services. The first time, I requested that the manager follow-up with me about the fact no one called me back. Front-office staff said they will pass on my information. No one followed up. I have requested today again that a manager call me back - let's see if they take this seriously. As a client, you will be on your own outside of office hours, regardless of how much pain/bleeding your child is experiencing as a result of their treatment. You'll be paying out of pocket to sort out any emergency issues outside of office hours. After this treatment is done, we will not be coming back to Align Orthodontics or Dental Works 4 Kids - I need a trustworthy reliable provider, which they have demonstrated not to be on multiple occasions.

All four members of my family are current or soon to be patients at Align. Carina was amazing in getting us setup. The entire orthodontic team is great and amazing with my young children.
