Hello, I've been here. George and the women are working very hard. The new employee, who I believe is named Brianna, gave me a thorough explanation of everything, which made me delighted and made me want to suggest this establishment for business. especially the woman I spoke of.
Unfortunately, this company charges to much money and the movers are not professionals. They guys only protected one piece of furniture, but still got broken from the inside. Even though, I asked them politely to please protect all my furniture that it was in excellent condition, they didn't do it and I have photographs to prove it. More over, I unassembled everything for them to make the job practical and faster. On top of damaging my future and not telling me, they didn’t allowed me to checked inside the truck after they downloaded. For me to make sure, they downloaded everything, some parts were missing from my furniture and other broken. If I have known that those guys had covered up the broken furniture and ran off because they didn’t wanted me to found out when they were still here. Because they knew that I would ask them to give me to back the very good tip that they received from me.Furthermore, I called the company to speak to the person who took my order and was not there most of the time. When I finally had I chance to talk to him, he didn’t took any responsibility and said that was going send someone to evaluate the damages which never happened and the movers also took with them a new moving blanket that belong to me. They take advantage of people, I gave them some furniture and electronics to help them out and in exchange they took advantage of my kindness.
Damaged my furniture, ignored every attempt to resolve it All Seasons Movers damaged my TV entertainment center during my October 29, 2025 move. Their crew acknowledged the damage at delivery and told me to submit photos. I did exactly that. Since then: THREE emails over nearly two months. Zero responses. Complete radio silence. I sent a formal demand letter on November 20, 2025 requesting acknowledgment within 5 business days per their own Terms and Conditions. Nothing. I have timestamped photos, signed Bill of Lading documenting the damage, and every email I sent. They simply refuse to respond. If you're considering this company: be aware that if anything goes wrong, you're on your own. They have no interest in honoring their damage claims process. Considering Filing complaints with Illinois Commerce Commission and proceeding to small claims court.
