All Septic &SewerPROVerified business?

I recently hired All Septic & Sewer to replace a damaged septic tank at my home in Pierce County. This was my first major septic project, so I spent considerable time researching contractors, permits, and the overall process before making a decision. Jeremy took the time to answer questions, explain the options available, and guide us through the permitting process with Tacoma-Pierce County Health Department. The project included design work, permitting, installation of a new Infiltrator CM1060 tank, risers to grade, plumbing connections, and final documentation. The work was completed on schedule, and TPCHD approved the installation. I appreciated that the company handled the permit application, inspections, and as-built documentation. Communication was generally good, and when I raised a concern about one of the tank lids after installation, they returned to inspect it without hesitation. As with any construction project, I would encourage homeowners to ask detailed questions and keep copies of their permit and project documents. Jeremy was willing to answer my questions and provide clarification when requested. Overall, I am satisfied with the completed installation and would recommend All Septic & Sewer to homeowners looking for septic repair or replacement work in Pierce County. Responsiveness ★★★★☆ Technical Knowledge ★★★★★ Permitting & Compliance ★★★★★ Quality of Installation ★★★★★ Documentation ★★★★☆ Communication Clarity ★★★★☆ Contract Clarity ★★★☆☆ Post-Installation Support ★★★★★

If you're in search of a reliable and knowledgeable septic or sewer company, look no further. I had the pleasure of speaking with Robert after our power was restored following an outage in Graham, and we faced some septic system issues. What stood out to me was Robert's honesty and willingness to take the time to address my concerns. He truly went above and beyond my expectations, making the experience much easier during a stressful time. Thanks Robert!

What a great company! Robert at All Septic and Sewer is so knowledgeable and helpful. I am a real estate agent with clients that needed a considerable amount of work done, including clearing the drainfield and replacing the drain lines. He scheduled the work quickly and the prices were very reasonable. Robert really makes an extra effort to make sure your project is successfully completed. He even called his contacts to find someone who could help us with repair items that he didn’t do. I highly recommend All Septic and Sewer for a professional and trustworthy experience.
