The restaurant I ordered from mistakenly gave me the wrong order through a discrepancy in the AllHungry ordering website. They directed me to use the AllHungry website to get my refund. I entered the chat and had a conversation with an agent. I was told the "finance team" will contact me. When I asked how I'll be contacted, the chat ended. I started another chat to ask the question again. The chat was ended without my question being answered and with absolutely no response. This happened a few times before I gave up. This is absolutely ridiculous and horrible customer service. I will never be using them again!!

I have had fraudulent charges to my debit card when I never purchased this Unable to contact a single person No one responses to any email or messages Have to take this directly to my bank to solve the issues. I did not even want to give it 1 star. Check your accounts scammers

BE CAREFUL…. this app is legit nothing but fraud. They don’t follow same protocols than most companies and apps and therefore the bureau of business does not do anything about it. They stole my card information and made several transactions on Amazon and then one of the employees claimed that my phone data was probably leaked… this happened about 6 times with 3 different phones. BE AWARE.
