Attended the “Once Upon a Time in Makkah” event in London - hugely disappointed - firstly, they give no location when booking, as I believe they are determining numbers before they determine location. Also, there is no seat choice so the elderly and disabled could not view the stage as it was based in a cinema and had no stage. Thirdly, the staff were chaotic running around with the show time already passing and many people still without seats. Fourthly, the show was not worth the £100 I paid, half of it was AI generated screen movie and the other half was singing nasheeds, Finally, as they are trying to clearly make money, they have not advised the age suitability, so our 6 year olds were getting restless and the material was not suited to all age groups. So why sell tickets to all without explaining what the show is, what will be shown, the location, the age suitability? Clearly just trying to make money. We left early. Waste of money.
