As a small business owner in Pune with around 25 employees, I was worried that an HRM system might be too expensive or complicated. But Altroz offered very affordable pricing with their subscription model which suited us perfectly. Setup was done within 2 days and our HR person got comfortable with it in a week. Employee self-service portal is the best part - staff can check their payslips, apply leaves, and view their attendance without calling HR for every small thing. This alone saved us so much time. Four stars because I feel there is still scope to improve the mobile app UI but overall very satisfied.
