unprofessional experience. It took three days just to reschedule the appointment, with absolutely no consideration for the urgency of the situation. They take the payment upfront but seem to have little concern about the patient afterward. The doctor was extremely rude and did not make any effort to properly understand the patient’s condition or concerns. The entire experience felt more focused on making money than on providing genuine medical care or support.
I booked an appointment couple days in advance, only to be informed right before the session that the therapist couldn't do it in person. In-person care is a crucial requirement for me. It’s highly disappointing for a mental health organization to have such a process that falls short on quick, reliable scheduling. Well refund process is also slow, still waiting for it; Let’s see how it goes.
