Very horrible customer service. Oil change $118.00!! Smh. They half did my oil change. The only thing I believe they did was change my oil and check my tire pressure (which i had to ask them to do and they had an attitude about it). They charge me for a air filter which I never seen them change. Everything on their check list was inaccurate!! I feel like I was ripped off. I would never go back there again. And I will be spreading the word around my community. DO NOT GO THERE!!!

I used to go here all the time. Since American quick lube bought it and hired new staff its awful. My car was leaking oil and initially they claimed nothing was wrong. I came back with photos showing the leak that i got another mechanic to take and they offered a free oil change to make up for it. The manager offered to let my husband go down to watch the oil change, jumping right over me the one she was taking to. I asked why i couldn't watch and she said i didnt need to go down there and not to worry. As a female manager i was shocked she just assumed i didnt know what i would be looking at or something? I'm not a girly girl, i used to work on my older cars. Regardless after the car passed the "pressure test" which she claimed would catch any issues she proceeded to charge me for the oil change even though she offered it free initially. They refused to let me out of the garage without paying and claimed there must be something else wrong with my 2024 vehicle that's still under warranty... So i took it to the dealership to see if there was something wrong with my car. Nope it's just their shitty oil filters. Why it didnt leak during their foolproof pressure tests idk. But it was very obvious from the photos there was something wrong with the filter seal as there was oil coming out all the way around it. I will be contacting corporate and will be getting a refund for all the services i had to pay. You guys are awful, far from real mechanics and should be ashamed of your service. If 8 cant get a hold of corporate i will file a complaint with the state and or BBB.
