I had a great experience with AMS International FZ LLC. They supported me in securing an interview with a reputed company, and the entire process was smooth and well-coordinated. A special thanks to Sakshi Tandon, who was my point of contact throughout. She guided me at every stage of the interview process, kept me informed, and was always approachable and supportive. Her professionalism and timely communication really made a difference. I would definitely recommend AMS International and Sakshi to anyone looking for genuine career guidance or job opportunities.

I received an offer last month, but the work permit process was delayed. While delays can happen, the way my follow-ups were handled by HR (Mis. Thanvi) was very unprofessional and discourteous. And there were no responses when i called and emailed them and they revoked the offer due to this. Clear and respectful communication is important during such processes, and unfortunately, that was lacking in my experience. Kindly check and do the necessary actions to avoid these unpleasant experience for future.

An appauling incident happened today which potrayed an unprofessional behaviour of an HR person of AMS International while discussing a job role with me. When i rejected the job offer, she was so unprofessional and rude in her conversation. I believe an HR Professional working at any level should take their leadership roles professionally and with an intent to understand the other person while interviewing/ conversing with them. Because during that time they portray their comapany's culture. During my conversation with her, and the way she was interacting with me in a dominating way and without listening, AMS culture is portrayed poorly, to be very toxic where HR representatives lack human approach. So this company is a big no! This HR personnel I am talking about calls herself Sakshi (TA Manager) in AMS International.
