We pay such an hefty amount of maintenance here for nothing: 1. There are no big parks or green area where considerable spending can be allocated. 2. Only available green area is not maintained properly. 3. Roads are not maintained. 4. Nuisance created by small unorganised builders is not regulated. 5. Street lights are not working. 6. Drainage is clogged and people are facing flooding problem. 7. B block don't even have a nice entry gate, putting some cheap B block sign board is no development. 8. Garbage is not collected on time, they could not install proper good quality animal safe dustbins. There are many more points, think before you invest your hard earned money here.
