Poor quality of construction . Very unhappy with the construction quality. Plastering is uneven and paint started peeling in the first monsoon itself. Doors and windows are misaligned and don’t close properly. The materials used look cheap and workmanship is rushed. Would not recommend based on quality.
I had a disappointing experience with this builder. The overall construction quality was noticeably low, and several issues became apparent soon after the work began. Workmanship felt rushed, details were overlooked, and the final results did not meet basic quality standards. Communication about fixes or improvements was also poor, making the entire process frustrating.
Just a fraud builder first of all late possessions, Poor quality of taps, grills everything gets rusted within a year. They say 24 hrs water while selling flats when you get possession and there's no water they blame it on the area saying the area doesn't have water as if they didn't knew this during the construction. Then they force the society members to take the possession committing they will resolve all our problems once the possession is taken they say it's not in their hand. Very poor service so I request everyone do not invest in such fraud builder projects you will be left hanging.
