I am based in India and wanted to send a gift to my uncle in Boston. I choose a cheesecake from Andy Anand Chocolate, and it turned out to be absolutely delicious. The quality was outstanding, and I felt so happy when my uncle told me he loved it very much. A big thanks to the owner for making sugar‑free cakes that bring joy to people while also caring for their health. Truly a wonderful experience!

My daughter ordered a cheesecake from this company for me as a birthday gift. The experience was unacceptable from start to finish. The shipment arrived with ice packs that were not just melted, but hot to the touch, meaning the product had been held at unsafe temperatures for an extended period. Because of this, the cheesecake had to be thrown away immediately. I even sent them photos of the product in the trash as proof. Despite that, a representative emailed me claiming the cake was still “edible and safe to eat,” even though I had already provided research showing that food held at elevated temperatures is a medical risk, especially for someone with health vulnerabilities like mine. Their exact statement was: “The cake is edible and safe to eat! All our cakes are made without preservatives or chemicals. Please keep them frozen and take out 4 hours before serving.” This response was not only dismissive, but dangerously inaccurate. No company should tell a customer that a perishable item exposed to heat is safe to consume. To make matters worse, they later sent my daughter a return label for the cheesecake — even though they already knew it had been thrown away and had photographic proof. Instead of acknowledging the safety issue or offering a refund, they acted as if the spoiled product could simply be mailed back. At this point, I cannot recommend this company. Their handling of spoiled food, their refusal to acknowledge basic food‑safety standards, and their lack of accountability are serious concerns
EVERYONE NEEDS TO TURN THEM IN TO CONSUMER PROTECTION...COMPLETELY DISHONEST COMPANY WHO HAS DONE NOTHING TO MAKE CHANGES. First off it arrived with zero insulation, just in a plain thin box, and was quite warm after traveling across country in the summer. 😬 This is the 77th cheesecake (this is the first time leaving a bad review and demanding my money back) I have ordered off the internet, and while most come frozen with dry ice, the few that weren't frozen still came in an insulated container with lots of ice. Then I opened it and thought they sent me the wrong cheesecake...nope. 🤔 The beautiful cheesecake, with the lovely baked apple slices on top, is what they represent tgeir product as The 2nd picture, with a bunch of applesauce just dumped all over the top, is what they actually make. The absolute blatant false advertisement, applesauce and baked apple slices are two very distinct flavors. I've had baked apple slices on cheesecake, it was great, applesauce...not at all. Next, I figured hey, lets try it out and hopefully don't get food poisoning. Took a few bites, all you can taste is very overpowering applesauce. Then I noticed how incredibly thin the cheesecake is. It is about only half as thick as a cheap store cheesecake and even less so compared to a quality cheesecake. If you want to know how thin, see picture #3. Grab yourself a penny and that is how thick the cheesecake is...absolutely pathetic. They call it "dense" and repeatedly say it's 2.6lbs....I don't know about any of that but it is without a doubt, the thinnest and skimpiest cheesecake I've had. Don't ever buy from this place, completely dishonest representation and significantly questionable health safety shipping methods.
