Have my first order with them and I’m happy with it. Made my order on Saturday and it arrived in 5 days. Easy online purchase and tracking shipping. I got my contact lenses at the lowest price, saving much money. Will definitely continue ordering contact lens with them.
Really great service. I have ordered twice from this company and received the parcel in less than a week. Moreover, excellent customer service. One of the packages will expire within 3 months and when I raised the issue they replied to me on the same day with assurance that they will send me a new one with a longer expiry period. I recommend this company to everyone. Affordable price and great service. Today I received the package of early expires ones new box and without even emailing them when I will get the new one. This a very good and responsible company who genuinely take care of their clients. Thank you ANZLENS.
Has not posted item nearly 3 months later. Provided no updates and refuses to communicate. Update: Item has finally arrived, 2 or 3 months later. It is in good condition and as ordered. Service was better previously. Lack of communication, updates and options is unacceptable though and needs to be improved.
