My overall experience was great! The quality of the bags meets our expectations and the print is of good quality, especially considering the affordable price. From a customer service perspective, the only person I spoke to during the order process was Milla and she was very helpful. If I had any complaints, it would be that the website felt very old and a little bit sketchy/glitchy. My order also took a bit longer to arrive than expected, but as we weren't in a rush it was no problem at all.

Great customer service and very knowledgeable when it comes to custom printed plastic bags. Pricing is fair overall. Shipping costs are a bit high, but that’s understandable with gas prices going up these days. Overall, the total cost is reasonable and worth it.

Should have done my research. Placed an order for a Halloween themed event taking place on 10/21, two months in advance. Followed up repeatedly to ensure timely arrival. Was told bags would ship 10/11. That day came and went. Was told bags would ship 10/15. No shipping update. Followed up on Monday 10/18. Was told they would be shipped expedited on their dime, fine. Did not get tracking until the day the order was delivered on 10/20. Quality of the bags were fine, I find no fault in that, however, who wants to worry about an order making it in time with an event only days away? Three stars because the bags actually made it. 1 star for the service. I won't be back.
