I attended an interview for a Frontend Developer role at AppLogiQ. There were 5 candidates including me, and they conducted 5 rounds. I was the only one who cleared all rounds while the others were rejected. After the interview, they said they would call me when they have a free slot. I waited for over a week with no update. Today, they finally informed me that I was rejected due to "communication lack." If communication was a concern, it should have been raised during the 5 rounds — not after a week of silence. The process felt unfair and unprofessional. Candidates deserve honest and timely feedback, not vague reasons after being kept waiting.
