This is an amazing company! I’ve been thinking all day how to word my review and can only come up with the old saying that I’m gobsmacked! I had lead pipe replaced by Ardent, a job I believed would be a nightmare. The survey was carried out by two lads who knew their stuff and assured me the job would be done with minimum disruption. But you know what more than anything they were as my son would say ‘top lads’ highly respectful and reassuring. I was told the lads would be at my house by 8.30 on Sunday and they were there on the dot, started work right away and worked until the job was done. When we looked out to see the finished job there was no sign of any disruption, not a speck of soil/ dust/gravel etc. if I hadn’t seen the photos of each stage of the work I wouldn’t have known anything had been done. And you know what these two lads were as good, professional and respectful as the surveyors. The ethos in this company flows through every employee and that is to provide exceptional customer service. The work was done yesterday and by 10 this morning the girls in the office have emailed to me and UU all the documents needed to validate the work. Apologies for long review, if this was an Oscar winners speech I’d have been pushed off the stage but I really want to emphasise how brilliant this company is, my husband and I are like two old cranks excited about our new water pipe. From the first day to the last, they were professional, friendly, punctual, and kept us informed every step of the way. The workmanship was first class, and they left everything spotless when they finished. You genuinely wouldn’t know they’d been there—everything was put back exactly as it was. It’s rare to find a company that takes so much pride in their work, and it really shows. The attention to detail and the care they took throughout the entire job were second to none. I honestly can’t recommend them highly enough. A fantastic team delivering exceptional service from start to finish. 110%—thank you all for a brilliant job!

Great service. Had a horrible underground leak. Enquired with them. But as they were very busy there was a long wait. I called back asking if they could prioritise us as the leak was so bad the shower wouldn’t work. They came out much quicker, the two lads who came and, I apologies I’ve forgotten their names, just got on with. No mess when they had finished, they were happy to explain when I asked what they were doing. Can’t recommend them highly enough. Thanks again Jayne Ste and the team.
