We hired Ark Restoration just a couple of months ago to remove mold and ultra clean our vaulted ceilings and beams. We actually called three places. One business did not call us back One business showed up and spent quite a bit of time taking pictures and notes, but we never heard back from them. Sean from Ark Restoration showed up, was very friendly and informative, and communicated exactly when we would expect to see a quote, and we receive the quote exactly when he said it would arrive. It was very reasonable. We hired Ark Restoration and had an excellent experience. We very highly recommend this company.
