I hired this contractor for a siding project at my home in Dayton, OH. We had a signed contract outlining the work, and I paid $1,500 upfront through Apple Cash in January for materials. After receiving payment, I was given repeated delays over the course of several months. The contractor removed some siding but did not complete any of the work, did not replace what was removed, and did not clean up the debris, leaving the property in worse condition. He later agreed to return the materials and refund $500, but this has not been fulfilled. I have made multiple attempts to follow up and resolve the issue but have not received a response or a full refund. I have documentation of our agreement, payment, and communication. Based on my experience, I recommend using caution and ensuring proper protections are in place before making any payments.
