My experience at this company was extremely disappointing. The senior management lacks professionalism and does not know how to guide or support new employees. During meetings, foul and abusive language is often used, creating a toxic and disrespectful work environment. New employees are subjected to unnecessary pressure and mental harassment instead of receiving proper training and encouragement. The workplace culture is unhealthy, and there is very little respect for employees. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for a positive and supportive work environment.
