Out for a walk in the neighborhood I noticed a block away that there was a rather large mechanic shop. Needing an oil change for my car I thought: why not just take it here and I can just walk a block home? So I went on the website and used the helper widget to set up an appointment and they called back almost immediately. I asked them if they could fit me in the next day and they said yes. Next day, oil change completed and they also gave me a comprehensive list with prices on other things they could do to my car if I wanted. All around great service which is very nice due to the convenience of it being right by my house.

I've been coming to Artie's for my annual inspection for a few years and it's always been fine. Recently the check engine light came on my VW Jetta and it turned out to be due to multiple issues that required me to come back for repair and diagnostics twice. But Artie's only charged me once for the diagnostics which I thought was really nice. And the guys at the front desk are always really nice too. I recommend them!

I went to Artie's for new brakes and a brake fluid flush. They were kind, professional, took the time to go over the repair and happily answered questions. Their shop is clean, hours and drop off are easy and they completed the work in a timely manner. The prices are comparable to other shops. I would easily refer them to a friend. I am happy to have found a new auto shop I can trust.
