I live 3,000 miles away from my aging parents. So I need to help out more with house repair and projects as they age. I found Ascend plumbing through the local union contractor listings. I then saw their google reviews. Nearly 300 5 star reviews. I called on a Sunday night. I didn’t need emergency service because my parents had been able to turn off the water. But I need to get someone out by Monday or Tuesday. When I called I explained I needed to get a qualified plumber to help out my mom and dad. I’m a union worker and seek to use other union trades people. The education, training and expert craftsmanship of union plumbers shows in there work. Victor over heard the conversation with his office person and stepped in to take my call. Victor listen to my situation and stepped up without hesitation to help out. Victor discussed up front simple pricing and told me he could make arrangements to get a plumber out on Monday! No hard sales pitch. No commission based tech that shows up and tries and over sell you unnecessary work or equipment to bump up there commission. Just union plumbers doing whats right. Awesome! Rafael the plumber called and said he would be on his way between 1-3pm. Rafael showed up at 1pm. Rafael immediately got to work. He open up the wall and found the leak. Got the replacement copper T and fixed the leak. He cleaned up. Taped up the drywall he had to cut out. Excellent work Rafael!!!Being so far away he sent me detailed photos of all the work and repairs. EXCELLENT WORK AGAIN RAFAEL! Turns out the Pressure regulator valve on the house had failed and the water was about 90PSI likely lead to the leak. It should be around 50 PSI. Victor sent over pricing and we agreed to replace the PRV. By Thursday Rafael had the new pressure regulator valve installed. Pictures of the before and after work were sent to me. Rafael and Chris turned up on site with little warning to handle a critical inspection for our property management. Professional and personable. Truly appreciate the quick turn around. Highly recommend.

Rick was out here to replace an old caste iron pipe that was leaking in two condo units. He was very patient, professional, answered all our questions and cleaned up the space very well. We really appreciate his great work!
