I enjoy exploring yoga, wellness, travel, and simple ways to maintain a balanced lifestyle. I’m particularly interested in Rishikesh because it offers a unique combination of yoga learning, peaceful surroundings, traditional wellness, and outdoor experiences.
Konstanze has been with me as a teacher for a number of years and has taken me to places I never thought I would go. I can recommend the Shala to anyone who wants to deepen their yoga practice - both physically and mentally. And really serious here: all bodies are welcome.
