The aluminum is good and the workers are helpful, but unfortunately, we encountered problems due to a manufacturing defect, and they made us pay for it! The glass suddenly shattered on the balcony of one of the new rooms, and they made us pay for the shattered glass. Then, for the second time, a fixed pane of glass that wouldn't open shattered. The engineer told us the problem was with the furnace and the manufacturing process, yet they still asked us to pay for it to be replaced! It was their fault.
