Our experience with Athena was reassuring from day one. Mental health treatment can be overwhelming, especially when a family member is going through a crisis, but the team handled the situation calmly and professionally. What I liked most was that the focus was always on the patient's wellbeing. The doctors explained the treatment plan clearly, and the staff was approachable whenever we needed help. The facility is clean, well maintained, and provides individual rooms, which I personally feel is important for recovery and dignity. Wishing the team continued success in the important work they are doing.

I had a terrible experience at Athena yesterday. I brought my sister in at night and there was no doctor on duty. The only person available was a very junior clinical psychologist named Taijshi.We urgently requested a proper doctor's consultation and immediate medical treatment. Instead, they just administered a single injection and insisted on admitting her. They explicitly told us, 'Just admit her for now, you can decide and pay after consulting the doctor tomorrow morning.' They initially quoted a package of 15k for one week. However, today they completely changed their words and charged us on a per-day basis instead.The service here is highly disappointing. The doctors, staff, and overall management are incredibly commercial-minded and only care about money. And we ask for discharge summary they said will not give because you are not admitting the patient . I highly do not recommend this place to anyone.
