I’ve attended a number of group sound baths here and every time has been amazing, I’ve successfully completed my reiki 2 training here. They also sell herbs, crystals, jewelry and other holistic products. Elizabeth and her staff are amazing at what they do, highly recommend
I have been to Au Naturale Spa twice and loved each experience. The first time I went, I had the Fountain of Youth facial with Reiki, and I came out looking 10 years younger. The Second time I went, I had a biofield reset therapy. I went in absolutely stressed and came out feeling absolutely relaxed and great. Both times I had the Aura photo's and they were spot on telling the story of what I was feeling in my body. Liz is friendly and makes you feel comfortable immediately. The spa is beautiful and clean.
I can’t say enough wonderful things about Au Naturale Spa — I’ve found my little safe haven! I had a facial and reiki with sound bowl meditation with Liz yesterday, and it was my first time experiencing both. From start to finish, Liz made me feel completely at ease, and by the end I genuinely felt like I was floating. The combination of treatments was pure magic — deeply relaxing and restorative in a way I didn’t expect. I’m so grateful I found this gem and I’ll absolutely be back. If you’re on the fence, just go.
